Service Description

The ultimate graduation photoshoot experience! The Cap Toss Collection is designed for the graduate who wants it all. Enjoy a 1.5-hour session with 12 professionally edited images, including 2 locations for a variety of backdrops. You’ll have 4 outfit changes, plus your cap and gown, to truly express your style. To make your memories even more special, this package includes a 30-second reel, and a $25 Print credit. Plus, you’ll receive 25 free invitations to share with family and friends. We also include a 10-minute creative consultation to ensure every shot is perfectly crafted for you.

Cancellation Policy

### Studio 62 Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Studio 62! Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth experience: #### **Booking and Deposits** - A **non-refundable deposit of $50** is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your session fee. - The remaining balance is due on the day of your session before services begin. #### **Cancellation and Rescheduling** - **Cancellations made more than 72 hours** before your scheduled session may transfer the deposit to a future booking within 60 days. - **Cancellations made less than 72 hours** before your session will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit. - Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of your session may incur an additional rescheduling fee. #### **Late Arrivals** - Please arrive on time for your session. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients, and no refund will be issued for lost time. #### **No-Show Policy** - Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled session will forfeit the $50 deposit and may be required to pay the full session fee before booking future appointments. #### **Session Guidelines** - Clients are responsible for bringing any specific props, wardrobe, or items needed for their session unless arranged with Studio 62 in advance. - A maximum of two guests are allowed to accompany you during your session. Additional guests must be approved beforehand. #### **Photo Delivery and Usage** - Studio 62 reserves the right to use photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. - Edited images will be delivered within 14 business days unless otherwise specified in your contract. #### **Damage and Liability** - Studio 62 is not liable for damage to personal belongings or injuries during your session. - Clients are responsible for any damage caused to Studio 62 property during their session.
